Masseto 2021 is deeply expressive and structured, with aromas of confit blackberry, plum, black olive, violets, and wild herbs. The palate is rich and full-bodied, layered with dark chocolate, sweet spices, mint, and a savory, mineral edge. Silky yet firm tannins and bright acidity give it length, energy, and age-worthiness. While powerful and muscular, it is also the most elegant and refined young Masseto to date, showing a shift toward greater finesse.
