La Spinetta Barbaresco Valeirano Riserva 2006 Magnum 1.5L with OWC (Original Wooden Case)

The Barbaresco 'Vursu Valeirano' of La Spinetta is produced with Nebbiolo grapes cultivated in the “Valeirano” cru in Treiso district. This wine has an intense ruby red color and a fruited bouquet with currant and red fruit scents, in addition to lightly spiced background. The taste is structured and austere, with important tannins and a persistent final. It is perfect if drunk with grilled meat, meat courses, game and aging cheeses. A Riserva Barbaresco Valeirano is made from a selection of the best grapes and is aged at least 10 years. About 300 magnums of Barbaresco Riserva Valeirano are produced every year.
