L'Evangile 2014

Château L'Evangile is one of Pomerol's most distinguished estates, set on the plateau beside Pétrus and Cheval Blanc and owned by the Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite). Its wines are prized for their opulent, velvety texture and perfumed depth. The 2014 vintage shows ripe plum, black cherry, violet, and truffle, with a supple, layered palate, fine-grained tannins, and a long, savoury finish. Drinking beautifully now with the structure to age further.
