Domaine de la Grange des Pères is one of the Languedoc's most celebrated cult estates, founded by the late Laurent Vaillé in the hills above Aniane. Farmed with meticulous, low-yield precision and released outside any formal appellation, the wine is a Rhône-inspired blend of Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, aged in large oak foudres. The 2022 vintage offers dark berry fruit, garrigue, black olive, and warm spice, with a full-bodied, richly textured palate, polished tannins, and impressive length. A benchmark wine of the Languedoc and one of France's most sought-after cult bottlings, produced in tiny quantities.
