Tasting Notes
From 70-year-old vines, this wine is floral and expressive, with notes of violet, rose, and juicy dark fruit. The palate is silky yet structured, with fine tannins, lively acidity, and a long, refined finish. A classic Gevrey full of finesse and depth. Decant just before serving to release some of the carbon dioxide.
