Domaine Fourrier, led by Jean-Marie Fourrier, is one of Burgundy’s elite names, known for expressive, terroir-driven wines crafted from old vines, most over 50 years of age. Jean-Marie applies minimal intervention in both vineyard and cellar, following techniques learned from Henri Jayer and refined through his own meticulous philosophy.

Tasting Notes
The 2023 Cherbaudes 1er Cru offers a perfumed bouquet of red berries, wilted flowers, pepper, and subtle earthy tones. Located between two grands crus, this site produces naturally concentrated fruit with silky tannins. The palate is medium-bodied, elegant, and spiced, with a touch of minerality on the long finish. Decant just before serving to release some of the carbon dioxide.
