Trimbach Riesling Grand Cru Schlossberg 2021

Schlossberg was Alsace's first Grand Cru vineyard, granted the designation in 1975, and remains one of the region's most celebrated sites for Riesling. Trimbach's 2018 bottling shows the granite-soil precision the vineyard is known for: citrus zest, white flowers, and a pronounced mineral drive over a taut, vibrant palate with racy acidity and a long, saline finish. A structured, age-worthy Grand Cru Riesling that reflects one of Alsace's most historic terroirs.
