Henri Giraud Dame Jane Rose

The Dame Jane cuvée from the House of Henri Giraud is a remarkable rosé champagne, symbolized by a terracotta figure of a fertility goddess, linking the earth’s natural richness to the ancient origins of winemaking. Made from over 60-year-old Pinot vines grown on southern chalk soils, the wine is vinified in oak barrels from the Argonne forest and matured in terracotta jars. Its flavors burst with red fruits like wild strawberries and raspberries, complemented by brioche and toast notes. Crisp, greedy, and full-bodied, it is aged for at least 3 years on lees, resulting in a beautifully complex rosé.
