Cos D'Estournel 2002

Since it was acquired by French businessman Michel Reybier in 2000, Château Cos d`Estournel has cemented its position as one of the top wine estates in the Médoc. The key grape variety is Cabernet Sauvignon, together with Merlot and smaller amounts of both Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. A superb example of high-class St-Estèphe, Château Cos d`Estournel is renowned for its powerful, rich wines, packed full of cassis character, with complex nuances of slate and graphite.
